Description
In a semi-creative mood but too tired to pump out any real work. Just a design I came up with on a whim. I wanted to do a cloaked character but not to the point of resembling the Kingdom Hearts II Organization 13 guys. So slightly inspired by them but still something different. Their cloaks never flowed this cool! I might go and color him next time I need a break from real work.
